Terms & Conditions

Welcome to wj999, a safe and reliable online gaming platform serving players across Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the wj999 website. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety. wj999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. For questions about these terms, please contact our support team at [email protected].

To register and use wj999, all players must meet the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the wj999 platform.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of wj999 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on wj999. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification when requested.
• wj999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Players are responsible for reporting any unauthorized access to their account immediately via [email protected]. wj999 will not be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Players must keep their contact details up to date. wj999 uses registered email and phone numbers for account security and promotional communications.

wj999 supports a range of trusted payment methods popular across Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Please review the specific conditions governing deposits and withdrawals below.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method and typically range from a few minutes to 24 hours.
• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wj999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• wj999 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC procedure to protect players' funds.

wj999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be used in accordance with the bonus terms detailed at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity window will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of manipulation — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the involved accounts.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements and validity period as stated in the corresponding promotional terms.

wj999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take regular breaks. Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team at [email protected]. wj999 is strictly a 21+ platform — for adults aged 21 and above only. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, independent support organisations are available to assist you. Please visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for full details on the tools and resources available to you.

Material changes that significantly affect player rights may be communicated via email to registered account holders where reasonably practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the wj999 platform shall first be referred to our support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. wj999 is committed to handling all player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall limit a player's statutory consumer rights.
